About the Role

We are hiring a
Social Media Manager
who can manage our brand's digital presence end-to-end, coordinate with content creators, and run high-performing paid campaigns.

If you understand trends, storytelling, ads, and lead generation — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube profiles
  • Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers & editors
  • Review all content before publishing (reels, posts, graphics)
  • Run and optimize
    Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Build and execute lead generation funnels
  • Track analytics, insights & performance metrics
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in Social Media + Paid Marketing
  • Strong command over
    Instagram reels, trends, creator management
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Ability to generate quality leads with optimized CPL
  • Understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to conceptualize creative content ideas
  • Experience working with creative or event/production companies (preferred)
