NOTE: Based on your performance, you will be eligible for payment after the successful completion of the three-month internship.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to facilitate requirement gathering, document processes, and bridge communication between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with UML, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence, along with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create process flows and visual models using UML and BPMN.
  • Manage and track requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and interpret data for business insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Support project lifecycle activities, including testing and validation.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, UML, and BPMN.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices is a plus.
