Job Summary
We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and relationship-driven professional to lead personal branding and client success for our clients and internal leadership across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
The role is focused on branding strategy, client communication, coordination with internal teams, quality control, and online reputation management. Execution tasks such as writing, designing, editing, and posting will be managed by the internal social media and content teams - the candidate will ensure strategy, direction, and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling personal branding mandates for leaders, founders, or professionals and be confident in client interactions, strategic thinking, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Personal Branding Strategy & Planning
Develop customized personal branding strategies for each client based on their goals, industry, and positioning.
- Identify relevant content themes, thought-leadership angles, and storytelling directions.
- Plan monthly content strategies and ensure alignment with the client's personal and professional identity.
Keep updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and industry insights to guide strategic improvements.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth, timely, and professional communication.
- Conduct regular review calls, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and value addition.
Retain clients by maintaining consistent delivery standards and proactive engagement.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the content writer, designer and social media executive to get deliverables executed.
- Prepare clear briefs, ensure revisions are completed on time, and maintain alignment with brand strategy.
- Review drafts and creatives before they are shared with the client or posted.
Ensure all teams follow timelines, quality expectations, and the approved strategy.
Digital Reputation & Engagement Management
Monitor client profiles on LinkedIn and other professional platforms for engagement, comments, and reputation signals.
- Suggest opportunities for networking, collaborations, and visibility enhancement.
- Track analytics and performance metrics to prepare monthly branding reports.
Recommend improvements to strengthen brand positioning and digital presence.
Accountability & Ownership
Maintain complete ownership of client accounts, timelines, communication flow, and delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure the personal branding output is consistent, professional, and aligned with client goals.
- Address issues proactively and ensure internal coordination runs smoothly.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high standards of work.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience in LinkedIn personal branding, professional communication, client servicing, PR and content strategy.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn personal branding, thought leadership content, and reputation building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written.
- Strong client-handling ability with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think strategically, guide creative direction, and review content effectively.
- Highly organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- Experience working with founders, CXOs, or public-facing professionals is an advantage.
Education & Background
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or similar field.
- 3–5 years of experience in personal branding, social media management, Content Writing and client servicing roles.
- Proven track record of managing LinkedIn or personal branding accounts.
