
Business Development Executive

The Customer Service Executive will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to walk-in customers, managing gold purchase transactions, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the branch's visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Gold Transactions:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Evaluate and purchase old gold from customers, ensuring accurate assessment of gold purity.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Participate in branch-level marketing initiatives, including campaigns such as umbrella marketing.
- Engage in occasional travel for marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
Sales & Product Promotion:
- Promote and sell a wide range of gold and silver products, including:
- Gold: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
- Silver: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
- Support digital wallet solutions for corporate gifting and other related services.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
- Stay adaptable and eager to learn new products, services, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil for effective customer communication.
- Personality: Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Learning Attitude: Open to continuous training and skill development.
