We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand Taavara's presence through partnerships, e-commerce, and offline collaborations like pop-ups. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and representing a brand that values authenticity and care.

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing Taavara's reach across online and offline channels. You will manage partnerships, support e-commerce operations, represent the brand at events, and assist in sales execution—all while keeping the brand's nurturing ethos at the forefront.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Partnerships & Collaborations

  2. Identify and approach potential retail, lifestyle, or wellness partners.

  3. Plan and coordinate pop-ups, co-branding initiatives, and other collaborations.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  5. Negotiate terms to ensure mutual benefit while protecting Taavara's brand identity.

  6. E-commerce & Online Sales Support

  7. Assist in managing Taavara's online store and marketplace presence.

  8. Coordinate with Marketing to ensure product listings, images, and promotions are optimized for conversion.
  9. Track online orders, sales performance, and customer queries, coordinating with Operations for fulfillment.

  10. Sales Operations

  11. Support the sales pipeline and ensure smooth order processing for both online and offline channels.

  12. Prepare simple sales reports and updates for management.
  13. Represent the brand during events and pop-ups, assisting customers and closing sales where required.

  14. Customer Interaction

  15. Handle basic customer queries and feedback, online and offline.

  16. Gather insights from customers to improve products, experiences, or collaborations.

  17. Strategy & Reporting

  18. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new partnership or sales opportunities.

  19. Provide input for future collaborations or limited-edition product launches.
  20. Regularly report key metrics and outcomes to management.
