Role Overview

We are seeking a Tele caller to handle inbound customer leads generated by Plyneer's digital marketing campaigns. Customers will reach out to us via calls or walk-ins, and the Tele caller will play a key role in educating them about our product range, guiding them to the right solutions, and coordinating with the sales team for smooth conversions.

Core Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries received through calls, digital ads, and online campaigns.
• Educate potential customers about Plyneer's products (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Veneers) and recommend suitable options based on their needs.
• Capture and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Guide customers to visit Plyneer's Head Office, Warehouse, or IBO outlets for a closer product experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless customer service.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to build trust, repeat visits, and referrals.
• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions to maximize the impact of leads.
• Act as a brand representative, ensuring professionalism and consistency in every customer interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 2nd puc / Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Relationship / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
• Flexibility: Comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and across outlets.

Key Skills Required

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
• Customer Handling: Ability to educate and guide customers clearly.
• Interpersonal Skills: Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.
• CRM & Data Management: Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar tools.

• Tech Savvy: Basic MS Office and digital communication tools knowledge.
• Proactive & Energetic: Positive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
