Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Malappuram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with existing and prospective clients, and identifying market opportunities. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales reports, mentor team members to improve performance, and work collaboratively with other departments to meet business objectives.

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management expertise
- Analytical thinking, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving skills
- Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation abilities
- Experience working in the food product or FMCG sector is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to adapt to market trends and develop innovative sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
