We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Director – Meta & Google Ads

As we accelerate into 2025, we're seeking a Performance Marketing Director – Meta & Google Ads to lead our paid media strategy, drive client success, and elevate performance across key platforms.

Position Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Director , you will oversee all Meta and Google Ads initiatives. You'll lead a cross-functional team, define media strategies, and optimize campaigns that deliver real business growth. Your expertise will guide both strategy and execution, ensuring consistent, scalable ROI across all client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive Meta & Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage and mentor performance marketing teams.
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV) and adjust tactics to hit targets.
  • Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative, data, and strategy teams for integrated solutions.
  • Explore new ad formats, tools, and tactics to stay ahead of industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5 years in performance advertising with strong experience on both Google and Meta platforms.
  • Proven leadership in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising principles, attribution, and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Clear communication skills with experience managing stakeholders and clients.
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are highly preferred.
