Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Meet with individual clients and corporate decision-makers to understand their insurance needs.
Present and promote appropriate insurance solutions (Health & Life) backed by Motilal Oswal.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Insurance sales experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
Minimum qualification: 10 2; graduation preferred.
