**Job Title**: Travel Insurance Sales Executive (Field Sales)

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Salary**: 4.8 LPA

**Experience**: 6 month to 1 year in Travel Insurance Sales

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Field Sales: Engage with potential customers in high-traffic areas like travel agencies and airports.
- Sales Generation: Sell travel insurance policies, explaining coverage and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify leads via cold calling, referrals, and direct interaction.
- Client Consultation: Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term relationships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market trends. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM

**Key Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2C field sales (insurance, financial products, or similar).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Hyderabad.
- Education: High school diploma required; graduates preferred.
- Mandatory: 2-wheeler and valid driver’s license.
