Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Calls:
Make calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Explain the features and benefits of the product or service clearly.
Customer Interaction:
Build relationships with customers over the phone.
Answer any questions and address concerns about the product or service.
Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Data Management:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Update customer details in the system after each call.
Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer information.
Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
Keep track of progress and report results to managers.
Skills Required:
Good communication and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (to use CRM systems, etc.).
Confident and outgoing personality.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Eligibility:
Freshers or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
High school diploma or equivalent.
