We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi and have successfully completed their 12th or graduation. Candidate must have sales experience minimum 3 – 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions to drive sales.


• Sales Pitch: Present and promote company products and services to potential customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.


• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and explain features and benefits to customers.


• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Problem Solving: Effectively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, sales interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.


• Rotational Shifts: Be flexible to work in a rotational shift pattern to accommodate customer needs.
• Week Off: Adapt to a rotational weekly off schedule to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications:
• 12th or Graduation from a recognized institution.


• Proficiency in English, Hindi with any one south regional language.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. Benefits:
