Position/Title: Project Manager Location: Chinchwad, PuneExperience: 8-15yearsKey Responsibilities: Workforce Planning & DeploymentEmployee Performance & Productivity ManagementEmployee Engagement & RetentionCompliance & Safety ManagementCoordination with HR & ManagementConflict Resolution & Employee DisciplineReporting & Continuous ImprovementCoordination for Delivery & operationsTeam Management with Implant KAM's 20 HC to be managed. Requirements: Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in Human Resource Domain.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Should be conversant in English & Hindi.
Skills: Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
