Role:
Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media manager who will join our marketing dream team and take full-on responsibility for all client facing communication, organization & management.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and our agency by maintaining regular contact with both
  • Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy
  • Track and advance the editorial calendar, and regularly measure and distill progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies
  • Assist in planning & managing clients' social media content
  • Manage digital and social content channels with the understanding of the best content practices on each channel
  • Work with the digital strategist & content writer to assist with brand deliverables
  • Produce and edit video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling
  • Appear on camera as a brand representative to create engaging video content and host client presentations
  • Presents creative proposals to clients for approval, making sure all components are in line with the brand
  • Handle budgets and manage campaign costs for clients
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Work on pitches, along with other members, with the aim of securing new business for the agency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrating appropriate interpersonal skills and maintaining professional etiquette, politeness, and clarity in all communication
  • Comfortable using digital organization tools such Microsoft & Google Suite
  • Demonstrated ability articulating your thought processes and presenting work to clients, agencies, and internal partners
  • Confidence and professional presence on camera with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
  • Eager to be both a voice and face for the team
