POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated LIMS Reporting and Dashboard Analyst to join our global team supporting the GLIMS (Global Laboratory Information Management System) project. This role focuses on reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis, supporting laboratory operations across global Supply Centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory environments, data flow, and BI tools, with deep expertise in SQL, Oracle Database, and SAP BusinessObjects.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and develop dashboards and reports for the BusinessObjects platform.
• Translate business and QC laboratory requirements into effective data models and reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between LIMS systems and reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and support issue resolution.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline laboratory data flows and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong documentation for solutions and system interfaces.
• Ensure data integrity across systems, including Oracle DB and SQL Server environments.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development, with deep expertise in:
• • SAP BusinessObjects (BO)
• Power BI
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• • SQL (complex queries, procedures, views, performance tuning)
• Oracle Database (schema design, PL/SQL, performance optimization)

• Bsuiness Understanding

• • Laboratory instruments and LIMS systems

• Quality Control (QC) processes in labs

• Laboratory data flows and data management best practices

• Experience working in global teams across time zones and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
