Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in running high-converting campaigns in regulated or grey-area industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.) and the ability to navigate and optimize ad placements within these frameworks. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a results-driven approach to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management:

Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, native networks, and programmatic platforms.

Test and scale ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Policy Navigation:

Stay updated on platform policies and adapt strategies to comply while maximizing reach and conversions.

Identify loopholes or workarounds to ensure ad approvals and minimize disapprovals.

Traffic Acquisition:

Leverage alternative traffic sources (push notifications, pop-unders, incentivized traffic, etc.) to diversify lead generation.

Explore and test emerging ad platforms for untapped opportunities.

Analytics & Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Binom, or Voluum.

Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure campaigns align with legal and ethical boundaries while pushing creative limits.

Mitigate risks of account bans or penalties through strategic diversification.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in finance, gaming, gambling, or crypto.

Deep knowledge of Google and Meta ad policies, with a track record of successful ad approvals in restricted niches.

Familiarity with cloaking, cookie stuffing, or other grey-hat techniques (without explicit endorsement).

Proficiency in tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Binom, Voluum) and analytics platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.

Creative mindset with the ability to test and iterate rapidly.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with arbitrage, CPA marketing, or affiliate marketing in high-competition niches.

Knowledge of SEO tactics for grey-area industries (e.g., PBNs, expired domains).

Familiarity with blockchain-based advertising solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹90,000.00 per month
