The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager / Product Lead
who can own our digital pathology product end-to-end — hardware, software, and AI.

You'll translate clinical insight into product direction, align engineering and manufacturing, and ensure each release meets both
clinical value and engineering excellence
.

This is a hands-on leadership role — strategic enough to define the roadmap, and operational enough to make sure it ships beautifully and on time.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.

• Convert pathologist workflows into features that feel intuitive and clinically useful.

• Manage delivery across mechanical, optical, firmware, AI, and UI/UX teams.

• Coordinate daily execution — tracking progress, clearing blockers, and maintaining clarity.

• Engage with major stakeholders: investors, clinical collaborators, and key accounts.

• Represent the company at
industry conferences and demos
, communicating product value and roadmap with confidence.

• Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance and documentation readiness.

• Review field feedback and pilot data to continuously refine performance and usability.

What You Need to Know

• Deep understanding of
product management frameworks
, from requirements gathering to agile delivery.

• Familiarity with
medical-device development standards
— ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA 510(k), or CE IVDR.

• Comfort managing
risk files, validation testing, and design documentation
.

• Awareness of
intellectual property and patent processes
to help secure our innovations.

• Confidence in
stakeholder presentations, clinical discussions, and large-account demo/interactions
.

• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineers, designers, and clinicians.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience managing
complex hardware-software products
, ideally in med-tech or imaging.

• Proven record of delivering products under tight, high-impact timelines.

• Systems-level understanding — how optics, mechanics, AI, and UI converge into a cohesive product.

• Excellent communication and presence — equally effective in a design review or a global conference.

• Ownership mindset, resourceful, driven by impact and an attitude of "whatever it takes"
