About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interview Coordinator to work inplant at the client location, supporting recruitment and interview processes on-site. The role involves managing end-to-end interview coordination, uploading candidate profiles on client portal, and ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates and client interview panels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on-site at the client location and act as the first point of contact for interview coordination.
  • Upload and manage candidate profiles accurately on client portal.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, internal recruiters, and client interview panels.
  • Track and update interview status in internal systems and client portals.
  • Follow up with candidates and panel members to confirm availability, share meeting links, reminders, and required instructions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth interview execution.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of profiles submitted, interviews scheduled, no-shows, and outcomes.
  • Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, organization, and timeliness in all coordination tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using recruitment tools, client portals, MS Excel, and communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage tight timelines.
  • High level of attention to detail and process discipline.
