What You Will Own

In this role, you would be involved in various stages of the projects like Tech feasibility, developing prototypes, Design, Code Design, Coding, Code Review & Unit testing. The role would require learning new technologies & solve complex technical problems.

This will be an exciting role for someone who has experience in development of cloud platforms and would like to actively engage in projects related to architecture and design solving problems around security, reliability, speed, and scale.

  • Emphasize best practices in people management and prioritize non-functional requirements in design and implementation, aiming to impact millions of businesses through product and service development.

Experience You Should Bring

  • Hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and managing large-scale enterprise mobile and web applications using React Native, ReactJS and related frameworks.
  • Native Expertise: Proficiency in at least one native mobile language—Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C/SwiftUI).
  • Mobile Platforms: Strong understanding of iOS SDK, Android SDK, and platform-specific design principles.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with Gradle, Xcode, and other native build tools.
  • Testing & Quality: Experience writing unit-testable code and implementing automated tests using tools such as Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, or Mocha.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git or BitBucket.
  • Cloud & CI/CD: Knowledge of cloud services such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure/OCI/Google, along with familiarity in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Performance & UX: Deep understanding of UI/UX design, wireframing, performance optimization, and mobile security best practices.
  • Backend Integration: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, offline storage, and document request models.
  • React Ecosystem: Expert-level understanding of ReactJS fundamentals, NodeJS, JavaScript and performance profiling tools.
  • Database Skills: Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, MongoDB, Realm, or SQLite for mobile database design and development.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect & Design: Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade mobile/web applications for iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms using React Native ReactJS and supporting frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Own and communicate the architectural vision, platform strategies, and integration methodologies to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Solution Development: Implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrate technical solution approaches using a mix of open-source, commercial, and proprietary tools.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions, creating detailed solution requirement documents.
  • Code & Quality Ownership: Review and contribute to architecture, design, and code to maintain high standards of performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Agile Delivery: Act as the go-to technical expert throughout the development lifecycle, driving Agile practices and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and enable success for the engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
