About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Staff Software Engineer
who can drive architectural decisions, lead complex technical initiatives, and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on engineering expertise, and deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices-driven architectures.

requirement, and shortlisted profiles must meet the technical expectations thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable, distributed systems.
  • Conduct high-level design discussions and drive engineering best practices across teams.
  • Own and troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple systems and services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud-based microservices.
  • Build and optimize solutions using AWS (Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Artifactory.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate manual operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud best practices and AI-driven solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong coding standards, participating extensively in code reviews.
  • Work with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Mentor and coach engineering teams, influencing design and development practices across the organization.

Essential Skills

  • 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Staff Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services including Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, etc.
  • Proven ability to debug, optimize, and solve complex production-level technical issues.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Artifactory.
  • Expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, cloud-native databases).
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, preferably cloud networking.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance capabilities.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
