Job Description Customer Support Associate

Location: Zepto HQ (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, 6 days/week (Rotational Offs, except Sundays)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our

team at Zepto HQ. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across inbound

chat, outbound calls, and email support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound live chat to address order inquiries and provide general information.

Conduct outbound support calls, including follow-ups and customer-driven callbacks.

Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain strong customer orientation and ensure best-in-class service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

Minimum 12 months of experience in customer support.

Strong communication skills with a Versant score of 79+ (or equivalent proficiency).

Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries with empathy and

professionalism.

Ability to work from the office at Zepto HQ.

Flexibility to work on rotational offs (except Sundays).

Qualification

Graduate with excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken)

Typing speed - 30 WPM ; Accuracy 95%

Versant Score - 79% or above
