Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and referral sources, and promoting the hospital's services to increase patient inflow and brand visibility.
We prefer male candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Visit doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors and institutions.
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support the marketing team in implementing business growth strategies.
- Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with clients and patients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital services and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
