Role Overview:
Ackord Real Estate Advisory is hiring a Closing Manager to manage end-to-end sales closures in the residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong closing experience, and a deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle pre-qualified leads from the sourcing team.
• Conduct in-person or virtual site visits and client meetings.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to provide suitable property options.
• Negotiate deals and finalize bookings effectively.
• Coordinate with developers, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closures.
• Track and report daily progress, client interactions, and closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket property deals.
• Strong knowledge of Western Mumbai's residential markets (especially Andheri, JVLR, Powai, Ghatkopar belt).
• Confident, well-spoken, and client-focused.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
