About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and creative Digital Marketing & Strategy Lead to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth for our group companies. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

· Manage and optimize Google Business, SEO, and analytics tools for maximum visibility.

· Build and track lead funnels – integrating CRM, WhatsApp automation, and follow-up tools.

· Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for business growth.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and quality output.

· Stay updated with AI and digital trends to bring innovation into campaigns.

What We're Looking For

· Strong grasp of digital platforms, SEO, SEM, and analytics dashboards.

· Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

· Experience in WordPress, automation tools (Zapier/Pabbly), and CRM platforms preferred.

· Analytical mindset with creativity to blend numbers and narratives.

· Self-driven, organized, and hungry to build impactful brand stories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
