Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven 
Sales Manager
 to lead and grow our sales function. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the brand's presence across retail, wholesale, and designer platforms, while maintaining the luxury positioning of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow retail and B2B relationships, including 
    multi-designer stores (e.g., Ogaan), boutiques, and pop-up events
    .
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint in India and internationally.
  • Build, train, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Partner with the marketing and PR teams to align sales goals with campaigns, events, and influencer/celebrity placements.
  • Provide personalized client interactions in-store and during events, embodying the luxury ethos of the brand.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand story to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer experience, consistent with luxury brand expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and understanding of the 
    Indian luxury fashion ecosystem
     (multi-designer stores, stylists, influencers, celebrities).
