We are recruiting for an Senior Executive in the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team. In this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling end to end global mobility process
  • Conducting Mock interviews, prep calls, briefings for visa interviews
  • Co-ordination and basic understanding of double taxation laws, tax equalization and social security.
  • Preparation of reports and dashboard and proficiency in excel.
  • Ownership and Maintenance of data and trackers for global mobility
  • Interaction with various stakeholders for employee movements and any global mobility related activities
  • Responsible for documentation for all categories of Visa and Immigration both for Inbound and outbound moves to and from India
  • Has a client servicing focus
  • Has analytical ability, takes initiative, and innovates.
  • Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
  • Provide all support to the functional initiatives and programs.
  • Invoicing

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Total Experience: The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Skillset: Processing work permits, visas, cost estimates for assignments, basic understanding of double taxation laws, tax equalization and social security
