Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle online inquiries, engage with potential customers, and convert them into clients.
  • Convince prospects to work with the company by presenting value-added solutions and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Interact with customers daily through calls, emails, and online platforms to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (pharma/healthcare background preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
