As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, support, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and long-term retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- You have a strong interest in sales and business development, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with customers across different backgrounds.
- You are target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- You demonstrate resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle objections and close deals successfully.
- You have good negotiation and relationship-building skills, focusing on long-term customer value rather than short-term gains.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- You are willing to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your sales approach based on feedback and market insights.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but fresh and enthusiastic candidates with strong selling aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
