Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with 4-5 years of experience to lead the definition, development, and launch of digital AI products. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, computer vision, and technologydriving impact by shaping product strategy, translating market needs into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Technical Skills
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive products, and emerging AI/tech innovations to inform strategic direction.
- Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap (b2b and b2c) based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify adjacent product opportunities for growth, that leverage existing capabilities.
- Execution & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and iterations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI/ML, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Ensure effective backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor timelines, remove blockers, and drive on-time execution with high quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with AI/ML, data science, and engineering teams to translate ideas into detailed product stories and technical requirements.
- Interact with internal senior stakeholders, clients and teams to gather feedback and align on implementation.
- Present product updates, plans, and results to leadership and key stakeholders
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Growth
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and execute GTM plans.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Analyze product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA, backlog management, sprints, etc.)
- Exposure to AI/ML, data-driven products, or real-time systems is a plus.
- Experience in supporting or leading GTM initiativesincluding product launches, positioning, and performance analysisis a plus, but not mandatory
- Previous experience launching products in new markets or scaling existing products.
- Analytical mindsetcomfortable with product metrics, KPIs, and growth analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in product management, ideally in digital, SaaS, or AI/technology domains.
- Execution Track Record: Proven ability to drive products from concept to launch, delivering measurable business impact.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience developing product strategies and translating them into actionable plans.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with engineering, data and AI teams. (Bonus: familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud, or APIs.)
- Delivery Focus: Strong project management skillsable to prioritize, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Collaboration: Ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels.
