Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage, optimize, and support reconciliation processes using Intellimatch. The role involves coordinating between business operations, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth reconciliations, process standardization, system enhancements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process requests for new reconciliations; support migration from legacy systems to Intellimatch.
  • Gather, validate, and manage business, production, and system requirements.
  • Track change requests, assist with IT and End User testing, and coordinate post-go-live support.
  • Provide operational support, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for SSC Rec Ops teams.
  • Monitor performance, data quality, and automation processes; contribute to KPI and reporting setup.
  • Represent SSC in committees, liaise with vendors, and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
  • Promote process improvements, new tools, and automation initiatives.

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Options).
  • Expertise in Excel (VBA appreciated) and tools like 2Strack, Quality Center.
  • Strong process, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-driven mindse
