Job Title: #ReconciliationChangeManager #Intellimatch

We are hiring a #ReconciliationChangeManager to lead and support reconciliation change projects across BP2S & CIB. This role will focus on Intellimatch implementation, system migrations, stakeholder coordination, and performance optimization of reconciliation processes.

Experience: 7-12 Years

Job Description:

*7+ years' experience in financial operations or reconciliation projects

*Strong hands-on experience with Intellimatch (mandatory)

*Good knowledge of financial products (Equities, Bonds, etc.)

*Proficient in Excel (VBA preferred), Quality Center, 2Strack

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage onboarding and migration of reconciliations to Intellimatch

*Gather and validate business/system/security requirements

*Oversee UAT, testing, and go-live activities

*Drive process automation, tool enhancement, and performance tracking

*Provide training, documentation, and support to Ops teams

*Coordinate with IT, Business, FIS, and other key stakeholders

*Promote tools like PEGA, BAM, and RPA solutions

Location: #Chennai

Mode of Work : Hybrid (10 Days)

Mode of Interview: 2 Rounds (2nd Level- F2F as Mandatory)

 Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred
