Pre-Sales
Role Summary
The Pre-Sales professional will act as the technical-commercial bridge between our product/service and prospective clients. They will engage early in the sales cycle, understand customer business needs, map those to our solutions, deliver compelling demos/proofs-of-concept, and thereby enable the sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with sales leads and prospects to understand their business challenges, requirements and existing environments.
- Translate customer needs into solution architecture or configuration of our product/service, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POC) and technical presentations to customers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product and engineering teams to shape the value proposition, positioning, and differentiators.
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing solution documentation, costing inputs, and competitive positioning.
- Provide technical (or domain) consulting and act as trusted advisor for prospects through the decision-making process.
- Capture customer feedback, market insights, competitor intelligence and share with product / strategy teams to influence roadmap.
- Support post-sales handover (if required) to ensure a smooth transition into delivery/implementation and reinforce client confidence.
