Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Operations & Delivery Intern
to assist with daily delivery logistics, customer coordination, and operational workflows. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational core of dropo.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules and dispatch
  • Liaise with kitchen staff and ensure orders are packed and ready on time
  • Interact with delivery personnel to optimize turnaround time
  • Monitor real-time delivery progress and address delays or issues
  • Assist in maintaining packaging inventory and preparing delivery kits
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the operations team

Requirements

  • Based in or willing to commute to HSR Layout, Bangalore
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proactive and dependable with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working in an on-ground operational role
  • Basic knowledge of local areas and delivery platforms (Zomato/Swiggy/Maps) is a plus
