About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Associate to join our Delivery Ops team. This role is key to managing end-to-end delivery processes, including daily warehouse coordination, hub logistics, order fulfillment, procurement, and post-dispatch issue handling. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)Daily Operations & CoordinationEnsure timely daily dispatches and collaborate with internal teams. Maintain continuity in delivery workflows with minimal escalations. Temple Hub & Warehouse ManagementManage stock levels and logistics across temple hubs.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and operational protocols. Order FulfillmentOversee accurate and on-time Prasad deliveries with high order accuracy. Procurement & PackagingHandle timely sourcing and high-quality packaging of materials.
Monitor costs and minimize packaging issues. SLA & TAT TrackingTrack and improve delivery turnaround times. Ensure SLAs are met consistently.
Post-Dispatch & EscalationsResolve delivery escalations promptly. Manage NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and customer satisfaction calls. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)98%+ timely dispatches with
