Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented OPT Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to support hiring across Non-IT and IT domains, including Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Engineering, and IT. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of US hiring practices, and experience working with different US work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work visas.

Work on requirements across Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Engineering, and IT domains.

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, availability, and visa status.

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT and early-career talent.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and client requirements.

Meet hiring targets and timelines consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as an OPT Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist (US staffing preferred).

Strong understanding of US visa types: OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.

Familiarity with Non-IT and IT recruitment processes.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work in EST time zone.

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.

Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience recruiting for US clients.

Exposure to Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Engineering roles.

Target-driven mindset with good time management skills.
