Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Development Specialist with a strong background in Computer Science or Information Technology. The candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating high-quality academic and technical content for digital learning platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design educational content, including course materials, tutorials, assessments, and e-learning modules.
  • Create structured, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning content for technical subjects (IT, Computer Science, Programming, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, and Product Teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
  • Review and update existing course materials to align with current technologies and curriculum trends.
  • Write clear, concise, and technically accurate content for both web and print formats.
  • Research emerging technologies, tools, and topics relevant to IT education.
  • Ensure all content adheres to organizational standards, style guides, and plagiarism-free policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, software development, and IT concepts.
  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, content editing tools, and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for varied audiences.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality.
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or academic content creation preferred.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Web Technologies is an advantage.
