Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Development Specialist with a strong technical background to create, curate, and manage educational and technical content. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of writing skills, subject matter expertise, and a passion for simplifying complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality learning materials, technical documents, tutorials, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and designers to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
  • Create engaging technical content for e-learning platforms, blogs, manuals, and online training programs.
  • Edit, proofread, and format content to maintain consistency, style, and quality standards.
  • Research emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to update learning content regularly.
  • Structure and organize content logically for better accessibility and learner engagement.
  • Work closely with instructional designers and multimedia teams for visual and interactive content creation.
  • Review feedback from learners and update materials as needed for clarity and relevance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong command over written English and technical writing.
  • Proficiency in software tools like MS Office, Canva, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate (preferred).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding is a plus.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-learning, IT training, or technical documentation.
  • Exposure to software development, IT infrastructure, or data analytics content.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and digital content strategies.
