Director - Social Innovation and Partnership

This role is responsible for leading, planning, and executing social impact projects in education as part of rigorous education research. These projects involve forging and sustaining long-term partnerships and collaborating with education departments, schools, teachers, students, other organisations, and donors through long-term associations.
The Social Innovation & Partnership Project Head provides leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure the effective design and successful implementation of multiple projects according to budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify/ understand social causes and opportunities in education in tandem with education research initiatives of Prayoga.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively implement and measure the social impact of projects.
- Build, train and manage cross-functional teams, including staff, volunteers, and partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organisations, funders, and volunteers.
- Interface with funding agencies and companies with CSR initiatives to secure funding and mutually beneficial engagement.
- Develop and manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that they are feasible and align with organisational priorities.
- Ensure timely collation of data/ information, analysis, and research outcomes to inform management for decision-making.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve social impact projects, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and participants.
- Establish healthy relationships and work with various authorities in the field of education.
- Develop technology strategies and solutions to support, monitor and improve the efficiency of the programs.
Must haves
:
- Managed large-scale program implementation involving multi-functional teams and with attention to detail in designing and managing projects
- Implementation of education programs in schools in the development sector is an added advantage.
- A keen eye for data to enable data-backed decision making
- Demonstrated capability to leverage technology for efficiency and scaling
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate with all stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing budgets and timelines.
- Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of social issues and trends.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- PMP Certification
