Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in commercial and office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of interior works, the ability to interpret drawings, and experience in project execution, site coordination, and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor office/commercial interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and timelines.
  • Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity assessments.
  • Supervise on-site teams and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and safety standards.
  • Track project progress, material delivery, and work completion schedules.
  • Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
  • Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress documentation.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of BOQ verification and basic project costing will be an advantage.

Preferred Background:

  • Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of experience in executing and managing commercial or office interior fit-out works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
