ROLE: - Engineer – Projects SALARY: - 5LPA - 8LPA. LOCATION: - Bangalore QUALIFICATION: - Diploma or BE / BTech in - Electrical or Mechanical EXPERIENCE: - min 4+ years ROLE  Engineer - Projects is responsible for execution activities for the project assigned to him/her. Also ensure adherence to highest quality and safety standards as stipulated by the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting and updating work or installation status to the Sr. Engineer – Project.
• Ensure installation activities are carried out exactly as per process / steps laid down.
• Co-ordination with the store keeper and ensure that material required for planned installation activity is readily available by considering delivery timeline of materials and if any shortage needs to highlight the same to Sr. Engineer – Projects.
• Highlighting short fall in required resources (Manpower / Material) to carry out planned installation work to project engineers.
• Prioritize and distribute work to a deputed work force in such a way that optimum work outcome is obtained every day.
• Co-ordinating with other agencies/ co-contractors to ensure huddle free work execution.
• Highlight any dependencies that can impact his work schedule to Sr. Engineer – Projects at the earliest.
• Overall responsible for execution of work with quality and agreed timelines, adhering to all safe work practices quality standards laid down by company.
• Ensure all the snag as pointed out by PMC/Consultant/ Client are attended and duly gets it verified and signed from them.
• Practice spiritual foundations laid down by company and strives to propagate same in the colleagues working with him.
• Assists Sr. Engineer - Projects in performing any other tasks that are not described above or may be specific to particular project/ job.
• Provide all documents to generate WCR report to Sr. Engineer – Projects.
• Generating measurement sheets and get it approved from Sr. Engineer Project & client's representative.
• Record all the changes in shop drawing incurred during execution and send markup drawing to project engineer for as built drawing.
• Update Quality Check and Installation Check lists as per progress of work.
• Prepare MIR for the material received at site and get it sign from PMC/Client.
• Check and ensure TDS and Sample board received from planning department is inline.
• Update commissioning checklist and reports and get it sign from PMC/Client.
• Arrange Mock up before starting any activity and get it approved by PMC/client.
• Ensure below activities are done by Store Keeper / Store In-charge ⮚ Timely GRPO ⮚ Timely Consumption. ⮚ Maintaining Inward / Outward Register and Material stacking. ⮚ Maintaining Inward / Outward register for Tools and Tackles. ⮚ To cross verify stocks for raising Purchase Request PREFERRED SKILLS
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Should be flexible with work
• Discipled and quick learner
