Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive at Explore Abroad Edu, located in Delhi, India. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day management of client interactions, facilitating university admissions processes, and providing comprehensive consultancy services. Daily tasks include coordination of visa and travel arrangements, managing communication with partner universities, and offering personalized guidance to students and their families. The role also involves supporting students with their licensing exam preparations and ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in educational consultancy or related fields
  • Proficiency in managing visa and travel coordination
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and institutions
  • Experience in managing admission processes and student support services
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Russian or other relevant languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
