Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer inquiries (email/phone) and coordinate with manufacturers.

- Respond to customer/manufacturer emails promptly and provide relevant offers.

- Present company profile and product range to customers, generating inquiries.

- Schedule and conduct customer visits to sites, plants, and offices.

- Submit timely offers and follow up with customers and manufacturers.

- Conduct technical discussions with customers via phone and in-person.

- Process purchase orders and coordinate order placement with manufacturers.

- Monitor e-tender platforms for relevant opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong sales and customer service skills with a target-driven approach.

- Diploma/Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or related field.

- 2-6 years of experience in industrial sales.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Familiarity with industrial products (Valves, Gearboxes, Motors, VFDs, Panels, Switchgears, etc.) is an advantage.
