Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, support various HR functions, and contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
  • Manage attendance records and provide support in payroll coordination.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Contribute to performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
