Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions (onboarding, documentation, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment (fresher with internship experience can apply).
