Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our FMCG organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, with the ability to align people strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
  • Design and execute training & development programs.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee benefits.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reports.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast manpower needs and support strategic HR planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold organizational values.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Tally ERP preferred).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in handling payroll, statutory compliance, and HR audits.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR preferred.
