Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team full-time. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and sales execution in the solar industry, with direct exposure to schools, colleges, corporates, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients in assigned sectors and regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote solar products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for campaigns, proposals, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience/internship in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
