Job Title: Retail Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Retail Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement retail marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

  2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand image across all marketing channels.

  3. Customer Engagement: Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and activations to drive customer engagement and sales.

  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and creative teams.

  5. Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in retail marketing or a similar field.

  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail operations.

  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.

  4. Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

  5. Analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement and analysis.
