Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic
Retail Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a
full-time, on-site role
.

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Recommending and providing appropriate window and door solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Managing product displays and processing sales transactions.
  • Coordinating with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Retail Sales
    with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the
    construction, building materials, or home improvement industry
    is an advantage.
  • Minimum:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    ; additional qualifications in
    Sales or Marketing
    are preferred.
