Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and smart Sales over call to help people who want to go abroad for study, work, or PR. You will guide them with the visa process and help them with the right documents and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to clients and understand their needs (study, work, PR, etc.)
  • Give correct information about visa rules and different countries
  • Suggest the best options based on the client's profile
  • Help in filling visa forms and preparing documents
  • Follow up with clients on phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Keep records of all clients and updates in system
  • Stay updated with latest visa rules and immigration news
  • Achieve monthly targets and keep clients happy

Requirements:

  • 12th passed or Graduate in any field (preferred)
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Should be polite, confident, and helpful
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, MS office, etc.)
  • Experience in visa or education consultancy is a plus
  • Freshers with good communication can also apply (training will be provided)
