Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Beauty Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional client service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of beauty and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations Management

  • Supervise daily salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee front desk management, client appointments, and service coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation of the salon.
  • Ensure all equipment and beauty tools are well-maintained and in working condition.

2. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians, hair stylists, therapists, and receptionists.
  • Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide motivation and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and professional team environment.

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure an excellent salon experience.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with regular clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Promote membership programs, packages, and loyalty offers.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales through upselling of services and retail products.
  • Develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with management (offers, social media promotions, referrals).
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.

5. Inventory & Compliance

  • Manage salon supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff attendance.
